1. Definitions

Event: Any function or gathering organized or promoted by Thaba-Ea-Liphofung (Pty) Ltd, trading as Thaba-Bosiu Cultural Village.
Ticket: Admission pass for an Event.
Website: Refers to
You: Refers to the user of the Website or the purchaser of an Event Ticket.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Website or attending an Event, you agree to these Terms. Failure to agree requires refraining from using the Website or attending an Event.

3. Use of Website

Use the Website lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. Avoid actions that may harm or disrupt the Website or other users' access.

4. Tickets

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Valid Tickets must be presented for Event entry. Thaba-Bosiu Cultural Village reserves the right to deny entry without a valid Ticket.

5. Photography and Recording

Your attendance implies consent for filming, photography, and sound recording during the Event, possibly including your image or voice for commercial purposes without compensation or copyright.

6. Liability

Thaba-Bosiu Cultural Village is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or other losses connected to your attendance at an Event.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thaba-Bosiu Cultural Village from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, Website use, or Event attendance.

8. Force Majeure

Thaba-Bosiu Cultural Village is not liable for failure to perform obligations under these Terms due to uncontrollable events, including acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or governmental regulations.

9. Termination

Thaba-Bosiu Cultural Village may terminate these Terms at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, cease Website use, and all Tickets become void.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Thaba-Bosiu Cultural Village, superseding all prior communications, oral or written.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Lesotho's laws.

12. Severability

Invalidity of any provision doesn't affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

13. Waiver

No waiver of any provision is valid unless in writing and signed by both parties.

Written notices shall be deemed delivered when physically presented to Thaba-Bosiu Cultural Village at Masekoeng, Maseru, or via email at

These Terms may be executed in multiple counterparts, collectively forming one agreement.
